Our company has a JBB50-B type binding machine, and during the production of bound book products, such a sudden phenomenon occurs: the speed of the book clip is sometimes slowed down during the operation of the book. This The occurrence of a fault, on the one hand, causes the back of the book to be too thick to cause glue overflow, on the other hand, when the hot melt adhesive on the book block reaches the cover, it is in a semi-cured state and affects the quality of the cover. After the fault occurred, it was still difficult for the relevant personnel to accurately determine the nature of the fault through inspection and analysis. Therefore, it is suspected that there is a problem with the electrical control. The electrician should check and rule out. The electrician did not find any problems when checking the inverter. No looseness was found in other terminals. There was no sign of burnout in the fuse. The rectifier was also good. There is a problem with the contactor. After a new contactor is replaced, the fault phenomenon still exists. Then, I suspected that there may be a problem with the proximity switch, so I contacted the manufacturer and mailed a new proximity switch to replace it. As a result, the above failures were not ruled out. So, in the absence of a solution, the electrician made another suggestion that it was a mechanical issue. Relevant personnel suspected that the "secondary wheel device" of the main motor might be stuck, and removed the "secondary wheel device" corresponding to the main motor for inspection, but the inspection result was normal. In the case of whether the fault is a mechanical or electrical problem, it is difficult to accurately define it at a time. The author found through the observation and analysis of the machine that the intermittent, The irregular speed of the book holder slows down, but when the continuous automatic operation is adopted, the speed of the book holder does not slow down. Obviously, when the book clip is in single operation and photoelectric control operation, the motor brake is carried out under the condition of frequent pull-in and pull-out actions. In this way, when the friction wheel on the brake has a slightly different stroke per pull-in When it is in place or slightly deviated, it is easy to rub the partial end face of the deviation to the corresponding axle wheel, which increases the working resistance of the motor, which in turn causes the operating speed of the book holder to slow down. In continuous automatic operation, the position of the friction wheel on the motor brake is fixed once and once, and it is not easy to hit the corresponding brake wheel. Therefore, the speed of the book clip does not slow down sometimes. In view of this fault characteristic, the author initially judged that the main motor brake is likely to have a problem. So, after careful observation, I finally found that the friction wheel on the brake has an uneven gap when it is pulled in and out, and some Slightly rub against the corresponding axle wheel, so that the motor shaft produces a certain resistance. When I touch the brake with my hand, I feel very hot. In this regard, the author removed the brake, cleaned the dirt inside, and readjusted the gap between the friction wheel and the corresponding wheel so that there was no rubbing when the suction and separation were separated. Or when the photoelectric control is running, there is no longer a phenomenon that the running speed becomes slower. The fault is finally completely eliminated, and the machine quickly returns to its normal state.
