It uses Curwood's unique 7-layer ICE co-extrusion process. These 7 layers include PET, nylon, EVOH barrier layer and LLDPE. The outer layer of PET has a good stiffness to prevent product curling. Curwood pointed out that the forming temperature of the ICE film is lower than other films, which can reduce the wear and damage of the packaging equipment and reduce the maintenance cost.
