Juguang-Creo JPT-1 Positive Thermal CTP Plate

Juguang-Creo JPT-1 is a non-heat-preheating positive thermal printing plate material that was jointly developed by Sichuan Juguang Printing Equipment Co., Ltd. and the original Creo Company since 2002 and was officially introduced to the market in March 2004. Suitable for all CTP platesetters with 830nm laser heads on the market.

Main features: JPT-1 has high printing latitude and ideal ink balance characteristics, can perfectly reproduce 1%~99% of dot, and can reproduce 10 μm micro dot when using FM screen to meet the highest printing production quality. It is required to cooperate with the torch-specific TPD-1 developer to achieve high-efficiency and low-cost direct plate making.

Transformation CTcP Plate No Requirements

Due to the use of the traditional PS version, this has brought great convenience to the transformation of traditional printing companies to companies using CTcP technology. CTcP can use the original processor: no adjustments or changes need to be made to the subsequent printing process: The open system that receives the 1-bit TIFF format allows CTcP to easily integrate into the original workflow. The entire process of transformation is similar to adding an imagesetter. The cost of investing in the entire transformation is simply the purchase of a CTcP device. Conversely, due to the use of the PS version, the relative cost savings of the use of CTP media is approximately 50%. In terms of platemaking speed, the CTcP system can produce 18 plate speeds per hour, which can fully meet the requirements.
