( 1 ) Heat sealing temperature
The factors to be considered when setting the heat sealing temperature are packaging materials. One is the characteristics of the heat sealing material; the other is the film thickness; the third is the number of times the heat seal is pressed and the size of the heat seal area. In general, when there are many pressing times in the same part, the heat sealing temperature can be set lower.
( 2 ) Heat sealing pressure
Appropriate pressure must be applied during heat sealing to promote the adhesion of the heat cover material. However, if the pressure is too high, the molten material will be extruded, which will not only affect the flatness of the bag, but also affect the heat sealing effect of the bag and reduce the heat sealing strength.
( 3 ) Heat sealing time
In addition to the heat sealing temperature and heat sealing pressure, the heat sealing time is also related to the performance of the heat sealing material, heating method and other factors. The specific operation should be adjusted according to different equipment and materials during the actual test.
( 4 ) Heating method
The heating method of the heat sealing knife when the bag is heat-sealed can be divided into two categories: one-sided heating and two-sided heating. Obviously, heating on both sides is more efficient and practical than heating on one side.

The processing of upright bags with spouts is divided into two major links: bag making and welding nozzles, each of which has high process requirements. If it is not mastered, it is easy to cause quality problems such as bag breakage and leakage. Although there are many flexible packaging companies in China that can produce stand-up pouches with spouts, few have really passed the quality.
To produce high-quality upright bags, special attention should be paid to punching, bag bottoming, bottom heat sealing and other links, especially the combination of the four layers and two layers of upright bags is prone to breakage. It is not enough to rely on a horizontal sealing knife. Yes, a heat sealing knife should be added, and heat sealing should be strengthened locally. In addition, the upright bag with a spout requires good opening performance, otherwise the suction cup will not be easy to pull the mouth; the friction coefficient of the bag surface should be small, the surface static electricity should be eliminated when making the bag, to prevent adsorption between the bag and the bag, which is not conducive to loading Take the bag with the mouth sealer.

At present, there are two domestic welding nozzle processes: one is manual nozzle installation and one heat sealing process. This process transfers the temperature to the mouth by thermal conduction, melting the mouth and welding it with the PE sealing layer of the bag . Due to the large heat capacity of the plastic nozzle, the PE sealing layer will be overheated when the heat sealing nozzle is melted, and the PE layer is easily crushed; this process has a poor appearance due to the lack of cold seal shaping treatment; it is difficult to guarantee the heat sealing at one time Sealing strength; hand-filled mouth, does not meet food hygiene requirements, and poor consistency. Due to the above-mentioned shortcomings of the manual heat sealing process of filling the mouth, this process is generally prohibited abroad.
The other process is the automatic nozzle filling and sealing process. The automatic nozzle sealing machine automatically picks up the bag, automatically pulls the mouth and fills the mouth, 4 times of hot and cold sealing treatment, and, before the welding nozzle, the plastic nozzle must be pre-prepared. heat. These process steps ensure the internal and external quality of the welding and also meet the hygiene standards. When using a fully automatic mouth-sealing machine, the sealing pressure should be controlled at 4 to 5 kg / cm2 , and the heat sealing pressure should be gradually increased during the third heat sealing.
The automatic nozzle-sealing machine uses the vibrating disk to automatically queue the plastic nozzles into the welding line, which has high requirements for the consistency of the shape of the plastic nozzles. Otherwise, the nozzles will be produced and the equipment will be shut down. The difference in the shape of the plastic nozzle can also cause insufficient sealing strength, resulting in leakage. Therefore, plastic nozzles with better quality must be selected, and their shape and position errors should be controlled within 0.1 mm . The degree of matching between the heat sealing mold and the heat sealing part of the plastic nozzle determines the welding strength of the hard nozzle. When a certain type of hard nozzle is selected, the heat sealing mold should be removed, and the heat sealing part of the hard nozzle should be clamped with the mold to check the light transmission. , And carefully grind the heat-sealing mold to make the heat-sealing parts completely match.
When producing oblique mouth-mounted upright bags with spouts, in addition to paying attention to the above process requirements, the bag-shaped design must pay attention to the distance between the hard mouth and the top edge of the bag to be at least 10mm , in order to facilitate the top after filling from the top Carry out heat sealing to avoid damaging the plastic nozzle when heat sealing the top edge.
