If the plate is priced at 4 yuan per kilogram, each 200 liter steel drum can reduce the cost by 2.69 yuan, and its economic benefits are obvious. If the annual output is calculated according to 200,000 barrels, the annual cost can be saved by 538,000 yuan. It can be seen that after foreign-funded or Sino-foreign joint ventures are equipped with misaligned press lines, they have increased their competitiveness in participating in market competition. There is no calculation of the difference between the coil and the fixed-size flat plate and the increase in labor productivity.

At present, there are not many domestic barrel factories that use misaligned stamping, and most of them are old crafts. Mainly there are the following factors: (1) small-scale barrel factories, small production and sales, no financial strength. Even if the investment is not cost-effective; (2) the import line is expensive. (3) Due to technical and institutional reasons, there is no successful dislocation press line that meets the national conditions for each barrel factory; (4) In recent years, the steel barrel market is sluggish, manufacturers and users always feel that the risk of offsetting the press line is relatively high. It is difficult to make up your mind and so on.
