New packaging film without inner bag

Norway's Re&a Molle Group has developed a new type of food packaging without inner bag. This new type of box is the "EnterPorformBarr" for packaging dried fruits (Bajas) and breakfast cereals. In order to reduce the defective rate of the new packaging and increase the hardness, a solid bleached sulphate pulp resistant to chemical heat and mechanical properties was used. The entire package consists of a clay coating as the outer layer, and an inner layer of plastic coated with "Ensobar" and a composite material sandwiched between them. The outermost layer is a protective layer that prevents oxygen from entering and the product's aroma is penetrated. The plastic composite coated with PE-LD coating from pulp plays a role of sealing and heat-resistant moisture. It is reported that after the trial sale, consumers have completely adapted to the box without the inner bag. The box can be recycled and can completely replace the breakfast cereal box with the inner bag.
