1 clean the casing
The titrator housing can be scrubbed with a cloth dampened with alcohol.
2 Clean the measuring chamber and burette
Clean as follows:
a) Drain the measuring chamber.
b) Remove the sample plug, measuring electrode and generating electrode.
c) Rinse thoroughly with methanol. Stubborn stains are removed by cleaning with conventional cleaners (laboratory cleaners).
d) Wipe dry with a lint-free cloth.
e) Dry in a drying oven for several hours at 70-80 °C.
f) Slightly apply the polished area with the supplied silicone grease.
g) Remove the burette from the titration tube holder, remove the piston, and rinse with anhydrous methanol.
3 cleaning electrode and three-way valve
Clean the generator electrode as follows:
a) Drain the electrode.
b) Rinse thoroughly with methanol.
c) Wipe dry with a lint-free cloth.
Clean the three-way valve as follows:
a) Remove all connecting lines.
b) Remove the three-way valve spool, soak it in absolute ethanol for 8 hours, replace the absolute ethanol, and pulse the ultrasonic interval every 10 seconds until no foreign matter seeps out.
c) Wipe dry with a lint-free cloth.
4 transport titrator
When you are moving the titrator to a new location, please follow the instructions below.
a) Drain the measuring chamber and remove it from the titration stand.
b) Remove all connecting hoses.
c) Remove all connecting cables.
If you are traveling long distances or sending a titrator, use the complete original packaging material.
5 Maintenance Dry the instrument desiccant every three months (300 ° C for 3 hours)
