1 Problems
In 1991, an enterprise designed and manufactured a PLC microcomputer mechanical coal-fired steel wire heat treatment muffle furnace for Heshan Hengji Steel Wire Products Co., Ltd., which was applied to the production line of steel wire heat treatment, pickling, phosphating, and rewinding line of I-shaped wheel. The equipment is combined into 27 combustion modes according to the difference in coal feed speed and combustion air volume. The PLC selects the most suitable combustion mode from the 27 combustion modes according to the temperature conditions of the furnace head and the tail and the burnout of coal slag. To achieve the purpose of automatic control of furnace temperature and complete combustion of coal, but after use, many defects have been exposed. On the basis of digestion and absorption, the author designed and manufactured two PLC microcomputer mechanical coal-fired steel wire heat treatment muffle furnaces. The defects of the original furnace, such as the easy collapse of the furnace arch of the combustion chamber, the high mechanical failure rate of chain row and slag, Unreasonable distribution of air volume, easy clogging of flue and muffle holes, etc., take corresponding improvement measures, and increase heat exchangers to recover some residual heat and reduce the demand for coal.
