GPE gravure printing ink

GPE gravure printing ink is suitable for general commercial rotogravure printing machine. It uses high quality polyamide resin as raw material to provide high light brightness, high printing color, strong resistance to freezing, strong water resistance, good adhesion, and suitable for different Packaging plastic film.

First, the applicable materials 1, surface-treated low-density polyethylene, polypropylene and polyolefin films.
2, cellophane, cellulose film.
3, paper aluminum foil, aluminum polyvinyl chloride.
4, polyester film.

Second, the application of features 1, especially suitable for low-viscosity printing and requires high gloss, strong color of the surface of plastic packaging printing.
2, excellent flexibility and adhesion.
3, wear, the surface is not easy to scratch.
4, excellent resistance to freezing and water resistance.
5, odorless, suitable for general food packaging.
6, excellent pressure viscosity is not easy to have the bottom or end of the phenomenon due to pressure change.
7, excellent printing and stability.
8, especially suitable for four-color overprint of the level version of outlets.

Third, the applicable printer types can be widely used for different printing speeds of 150 meters per minute 20 meters, the ink can be completely dry, can be applied to different gravure etching depth (10-50 microns).

IV. Diluent 1. Ink should be added with appropriate amount of diluent. Although the market can provide applicable thinner, it is recommended to use the company's standard diluent for best results.
2, depending on the speed of printing, it is recommended that the ink printing viscosity;
White ink: 17-20 seconds Zahn 2 viscosity cup 25°C
Color ink: 19-22 seconds Zahn No. 2 viscosity cup 25°C

Precautions:
GPE inks are not suitable for use with high heat or grease.
