Carbonless paper is a type of coated paper, commonly known as Carbonless Copying Paper, which is divided into CB, CFB, and CF3. The structure is shown in Figure 1 (abbreviated).
Since CB paper (Coated Back Paper) is coated on the backside and CF Paper (Coated Front Paper) is coated on the front side, resulting in a color difference between the two front side prints, we believe that the smoothness of the two types of paper coated and non-coated surfaces is different. The printability was also different, and the positive whiteness of the two papers tested was different (89.6% for the front of the CB and 85.6% for the CF surface), and CF appeared slightly yellowder than the CB paper. Therefore, we believe that the color difference is caused by a combination of paper whiteness, smoothness, and printability, and the carbonless paper we use is a product that fully complies with the GB16797-1997 standard.
In order to ensure the consistency of the two ink colors and to control the quality of the product, we took measures according to the darker and darker conditions of the ink, that is, printing the CF card first, and then printing the CB ink based on the CF ink, and printing the CB.
