Printing gold fade solution

Our factory used a 615 offset printing machine to print a large area of ​​on-site gold ink. After printing, the golden abrasion resistance of the surface of the product was poor. When it was rubbed, it faded and a slight powdery state appeared. Based on the color fading problem, we conducted a research and analysis and concluded that:
1 The paper has a tight paper, high surface smoothness, and fine capillary pores on the surface of the paper, which causes poor ink absorption, adsorption, and permeability of the gold ink and causes discoloration.
2 Gold ink is a mixture of gold and copper metal powders. The specific gravity of copper powder is relatively large. The particles are coarse and have low viscosity. After printing on the surface of paper, the link material in gold ink first penetrates into the pores of the paper. The paper pores are substantially filled, so that the powder particles do not penetrate into the pores of the paper, causing the gold particles in the gold ink to polymerize on the surface of the paper. The particles in the gold ink are suspended on the surface of the paper and become powdered. And faded.
After analyzing the factors that caused discoloration, we conducted a formulation experiment on Jinmo. For the first time, we added 8% of gold transfer oil, 0.7% of dry oil and 4% of novolac to increase the viscosity of gold ink and increase the ink layer on the paper surface. The oxide conjunctiva is dried and polymerized. After the trial printing ink was dry, the discoloration phenomenon had a certain effect, but the surface layer friction of the ink layer also failed to meet the ideal requirements. We also re-examined the preparation of the second formula test printing, and added 0.8% dry oil and 20% to 25% light paste produced by Hanghua on the basis of Tianjin Jinmo. After the trial printing is dry, not only the hue is basically unchanged through multiple frictions, but also the gloss of the ink layer surface is increased.
Our analysis of this golden ink formula suggested that adding these two kinds of raw materials would reduce the rapid penetration of the link material in the capillary of the gold ink on the surface of the paper, increase the viscosity in the gold ink, increase the gloss and the polymerization fixation effect of the ink, The gold ink particles penetrate more in the capillary pores of the paper, and the oxidized conjunctiva on the surface of the ink layer is dried faster.
