1. It is recommended to use a high-quality brand ribbon. The selected ribbon is slightly wider than the label paper (including the bottom paper) to protect the print head.

2. It is recommended to use high-quality label paper. It is strictly forbidden to use unlabeled and unlabeled label paper. If the surface of the label sheet is dusty, replace it immediately.

3. It is recommended to reduce the printer's work for a long time without interruption.

4. Clean the print head and the rubber roller according to the amount of printing (usually use one roll of carbon tape to clean once). When cleaning, please remember to turn off the printer power first, then use medical cotton.

Check the water-free alcohol to clean the print head in one direction; when cleaning the rubber roller, it is necessary to rotate the rubber roller to clean the entire rubber roller.

5. It is strictly forbidden to use hard objects or touch the surface of the print head with your hands.

6. Use the printer in a humid area or room. Pay special attention to the maintenance of the print head. Check the surface of the print head and the rubber roller before turning on the printer for a long time.

And if the consumables are abnormal, if you are damp or have other attachments, please do not use them first. The print head and rubber roller can be tested with a medical cotton swab and anhydrous alcohol. It is recommended to replace the consumables.

7. It is recommended to clean the dust inside the printer frequently.

8. It is recommended to reduce the temperature and speed of the print head under the premise of ensuring the print quality, which will help to extend the life of the print head.

9. Ordinary users should never disassemble the print heads themselves to avoid unnecessary losses.
