There is a huge gap in the talent of ski instructors. So what is the current market situation for coach training? "At the moment, we don't make any money," said Gu Maolin, the head of Honghua University, who told reporters.
Even so, this kind of business model similar to the "brokerage company" is now relatively complete. Gu Maolin said that at present his team has 10 coaches, all of whom are contracted and trained by the company. When the snow season arrives, they work in a cooperative ski resort. At the end of the domestic snow season in March and April, Gu Maolin will bring his students to New Zealand to cooperate with the ski resort. Domestic ski training framework
