CorelDraw is a familiar graphic design software. There are many methods and techniques in the process of drawing with it, which can help us to do more with less. Today we introduce techniques for drawing basic graphics.
1. Draw a square or a circle: Select the rectangle/ellipse tool, hold down the ctrl key, and drag the left mouse button to draw it. After the drawing is completed, notice that you first release the ctrl and then release the left button.
2. Draw squares and circles from the starting point: Select the rectangle/ellipse tool, hold down the ctrl and shift keys at the same time, and drag the left mouse button to draw. After drawing is completed, notice that you first release ctrl and shift, and then release the left button.
3. Draw a regular polygon: similar to drawing a rectangular circle, but first right-click the polygon tool, select "Properties", set the number of polygon edges, shapes, etc.
4. Quickly set the background color: Double-click the Rectangle Tool to create a rectangle of the same size as the workspace, which can be filled as a graphic background.
5. Draw a basic shape from the center: Click on the drawing tool you want to use. Hold down the SHIFT key, position the cursor at the center of the shape you want to draw, and drag the mouse diagonally to draw the shape. Release the mouse button to finish drawing the shape, then release the SHIFT button.
6. Draw an equal length from the center: Click the drawing tool you want to use, hold down the SHIFT + CTRL key, position the cursor at the center of the shape you want to draw, and drag the mouse along the diagonal to draw the shape. Release the mouse button to finish drawing the shape, then release the SHIFT + CTRL key.
