Method for separating and recycling aluminum-plastic composite packaging waste

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for separation and recycling of aluminum-plastic composite packaging waste. 800-1000 kg of a processing solution is placed in a reaction kettle. The processing solution is prepared from water and caustic soda in a weight ratio of 5000:1. The heating device is started. The temperature of the treatment solution is raised to 80 DEG C to 100 DEG C, the aluminum-plastic composite packaging waste is placed in a reactor for 1-2 hours for solution treatment, and the waste treated by the solution is sent to a first-stage separator for separation and spheroidization. After the first-stage treatment, the mixture is put into a selective separator and subjected to a selective treatment. The spheroidization diameter is 2-5 mm, and the waste after the selective treatment is subjected to a classification and treatment with a 10-20 mesh screen.
