The DCS-C special packaging system is based on horizontal spiral packaging and vertical spiral packaging, and a vacuum degassing device and anti-dust flying mechanism are added. Before the ultra-fine powder enters into the packaging and feeding, vacuum pre-degassing is first performed to increase the bulk density of the material and reduce the gas content. In the process of packaging and feeding, additional vacuum degassing and mechanical exhaust devices are used to further degas the material. After the material enters the packaging bag, tubular plug-in vacuum degassing is performed so that the bulk density of the ultrafine powder material finally poured into the bag is greatly increased.
