Japan actively promotes environmental protection paper packaging

It is reported that Sony Corporation and Japan Toppan Printing Company have developed a film with a thickness of 1 mil (one thousandth of an inch), and use a vegetable oil as ink to perform six-color printing on a gravure printing machine. The inner carton is made from recycled paper.

Japanese company Dunlop uses Sumitomo Rubber Industries Co., Ltd.'s Eo-Pack eco-friendly folding carton when it launched Maxfli HiBrid Golf, and it also has a layer of degradable and transparent film provided by Mitsubishi. This not only adds gloss to the box, but also creates a skylight in the die cut area. Since all films are biodegradable, the boxes have better environmental characteristics.
