Instrument installation
(1) Open the instrument case, hold the yoke, and gently lift the instrument.
(2) Remove the screw holder and attach a thimble to the top to secure the yoke top screw.
(3) Install the instrument in the hole in the middle of the suspension rod and tighten the suspension screw.
(4) Install the lead fish in the bottom hole of the suspension rod and fasten it with the fixing screws.
(5) The upper hole of the suspension rod is hung in the bull's eye of the wire rope by means of a rope hook, and the knurled nut is tightened.
(6) Suspend the instrument, adjust the balance of the instrument with a counterweight, and then fasten it with a wrench. This test should be carried out in local still water.
(7) Connect the two ends of the double-strand gel line to the eccentric tube of the instrument and the binding post of the yoke, and the two ends of the other end are connected to the counter.
(8) Rotate the rotating cup and test the counting device again.
(9) Finally, make a thorough inspection of the reliability of the fastening screws, nuts and coupling mechanisms of each part. After confirming that the correctness is correct, the water can be started.
