Four or two dials, cleverly solve the problem
When everyone is helpless and ready to spend a lot of money on maintenance, the author has carefully studied and proposed a simple and effective, low-cost maintenance program.
It has been found through research that although the roller shaft head and the copper sleeve are seriously worn, the roller shaft head is generally round. If a 2mm thick steel sleeve is first placed on the shaft head, the surface roughness of the shaft head can be restored, and the copper sleeve is processed according to the outer diameter of the steel sleeve so that the matching gap between them is about 0.06 mm. In this way, the problem will become very simple.
After the repair according to this scheme, the quality of the boot printing product is very good, indicating that the scheme is feasible. In the whole process, we spent a total of more than 1,000 yuan, mainly used to buy steel and copper materials for processing steel sleeves and copper sleeves.
It should be noted that before inserting the steel sleeve, the size of the shaft head should be measured first, then several short steel sleeves should be processed (the basic dimensions of the inner hole are the same, the tolerance dimensions are different), and then a suitable size is selected to process the steel sleeve. To ensure that the steel sleeve and the shaft head are closely matched and easy to install. If the steel sleeve is too loose, it will fall off easily; if it is too tight, it will be difficult to install.
Here is a small door to install a steel sleeve: before installing the steel sleeve, first put the steel sleeve into the oil for heating; after the standby oil boils for a period of time, the steel sleeve will become larger and evenly heated; then the steel sleeve is removed with a soft hammer. By tapping, it can be quickly mounted on the roller shaft head; when the steel sleeve is completely cooled, it will be tightened and firmly placed on the roller shaft head. If the steel sleeve is not heated, and the steel sleeve is directly forcibly hit and installed, the steel sleeve may be deformed, and the precision is not up to the requirement, so that the power is lost.
From formulating the plan, to selecting the size, and then installing the steel sleeve, all of them reflect a "smart" word. This is also the application that people often say "four or two to dial a thousand" and "small money to do big things" in the work.
