It has been found through research that although the roller shaft head and the copper sleeve are seriously worn, the roller shaft head is generally round. If a 2mm thick steel sleeve is first placed on the shaft head, the surface roughness of the shaft head can be restored, and the copper sleeve is processed according to the outer diameter of the steel sleeve so that the matching gap between them is about 0.06 mm. In this way, the problem will become very simple.
After the repair according to this scheme, the quality of the boot printing product is very good, indicating that the scheme is feasible. In the whole process, we spent a total of more than 1,000 yuan, mainly used to buy steel and copper materials for processing steel sleeves and copper sleeves.
It should be noted that before inserting the steel sleeve, the size of the shaft head should be measured first, then several short steel sleeves should be processed (the basic dimensions of the inner hole are the same, the tolerance dimensions are different), and then a suitable size is selected to process the steel sleeve. If the steel sleeve is not heated, and the steel sleeve is directly forcibly hit and installed, the steel sleeve may be deformed, and the precision is not up to the requirement, so that the power is lost.
