In addition, the company will actively create user portraits and convey the true story of the driver. A random driver's story and photos are displayed on the computer screens of all of our company's conference rooms. When everyone is fine, you can take a look and learn the story of many drivers. As an example, there is a Uber driver in Nashville, Tennessee. She is a composer. She said that when she was young, she would shut herself in the dark room in the basement and rack her brains to think about the material of the song. But after so many years, she felt that she was "body is hollowed out" and there was nothing to write, so she now has a lot of inspiration when she feels that the inspiration has dried up and she is going to open Uber and listen to the passengers.
