1. Pre-version control strategy

3. Tension control of receiving and unwinding
The tension of printing materials has a great influence on the accuracy of error detection. The inks, thickness and width of different materials are different. Using the adjustment circuit, the potentiometer is added to meet the requirements of different materials and sizes, and the force relationship is based on the loading and unwinding. Establish the equation, select the appropriate regulator, and add a digital control algorithm to the program to achieve tension control.
4. Quality monitoring
The operator cannot accurately evaluate the quality during the printing process, so in order to better capture the picture and check the quality of the printed matter at any time, we must reasonably do quality control.
