Another swing thinking is that the speed of the upper bar is slower than the speed of the lower bar, that is, the speed is fastest when passing through the hitting area. About 70%-80% of the total force is used for the downswing. This speed will increase the batting rate. But many golfers waste their fastest speed when they are on the pole.
