In 2006, Jiangsu Xinmei launched a 36,000 bottle/hour high-speed LP series high-speed PET bottle unscrambler. This machine adopts a brand-new working principle, featuring small size and a wide range of applicable bottle shapes. The push-up bottle arranging mechanism is a patent organization of Jiangsu Xinmeixing. The early lifting mechanism can hold only one empty bottle for each lift, and the new lifting mechanism can hold two empty bottles at the same time for each lift and lift. The operator can clear the fault indication on the man-machine interface.
3) The specially designed drop tank can adapt to the bottle with not much difference in size, without having to replace the drop tank, only need to make proper adjustment to the drop tank, and save investment.
4) With complete safety protection measures, when the maintenance door and the mold replacement door are opened, the machine cannot be started. At this time, a manual operator can be used to control the machine.
5) The unscrambler has a bottle detector for the bottle dial wheel, which can effectively protect the safety of the machine. The anti-bottle will be removed at the junction of the trolley dial and the air duct.
6) The air circuit system is equipped with a pressure switch and a closing valve. If the compressed air is not turned on or the air pressure is lower than the set value, the machine will not start. Closing valve and machine start and stop linkage, saving gas consumption.
7) There is a bottle-removal mechanism at the inlet end of the air supply channel, which is driven by the air cylinder. When the jamming bottle jam occurs at the inlet end of the air duct, the mechanism automatically removes the jammed bottle and prevents the unscrewing machine from being damaged due to the squeezed bottle.
