Compared with traditional water printing, although the history of waterless printing is not long, it has many problems in practice. The following author briefly analyzed the application of waterless UV offset printing in the card.
The advantages of waterless UV offset printing are outstanding. The ink is full, colorful, and strong in three-dimensional. The color is basically the same in the printing process, and the operation is also convenient and fast. At present, the price of water-free UV ink required for card printing is generally lower than that of normal ones.
The UV ink is slightly higher, but it is basically the same; the price of the waterless UV printing plate is also slightly higher, especially the hardware configuration of the workshop environment and the configuration requirements of the machine are higher, as much as possible under the conditions of constant humidity and constant temperature in the offset shop. Dust-free, constant temperature, and constant humidity have a great influence on the amount of ink and fluidity of the ink, and dust-free is also critical for print quality.
At present, there are two types of water-free UV offset printing on the card: one is a dedicated waterless single-card offset press; the other is a waterless offset press converted from a large-scale water offset press. The conversion of a large offset press basically requires the installation of a water-cooled ink roller device, ink roller cooling device, and plate cylinder cooling device (mainly water-cooled and air-cooled).
The ink roller must use the ink roller that conforms to the anhydrous UV ink. Among them, the requirements for the four ink rollers depend on the printing roller. The ink roller needs no aging, swelling and falling off, and the pressure at both ends must be the same. When adjusting the pressure, the pressure of each printing roller on the basis of water printing is correspondingly reduced by 1mm, and the over pressure will directly affect the reproduction of the dot.
Judging from the current quality of domestic waterless offset printing, water-repellent printing outlets are slightly more deformed than water-based printing, and the outlets are not sufficiently rounded at the edge, with a slight sludge. This is where waterless printing needs further improvement.
From the high requirements and high standards of card printing, waterless printing still has a lot of room for development. The key is how to excel in quality, how to better promote and how to better reduce the cost of raw and auxiliary materials, etc. .

1. Work chair: This is the most common type of office chair designed for use on a desk or computer. They usually have adjustable height, backrest, and armrests, and are usually mounted on wheels for easy movement.
2. Executive chair: These chairs are larger and more luxurious than task chairs, with higher backrests and more padding. They are usually made of leather and have more advanced functions such as tilting and tilting. Suitable for high-level personnel in various offices.
3. Conference chair: These chairs are designed for use in conference rooms and are usually lighter and more stackable than other office chairs, making it easier to decorate the venue. They may have adopted a more minimalist design and come with a writing pad.
