Usually once a week, the method is to scrub the shaft of the transmission, the surface of the channel and the dust inside the chassis with a cotton swab (or cotton cloth) soaked in alcohol, clean and dry.
(4) Cleaning of the sensor The sensor includes a ribbon sensor and a label sensor. The position is shown in the instruction manual. Generally, it is cleaned once a month to three months by blowing the dust on the sensor with a blower (sucking the ball).
How to extend the life of a barcode printer:
1. Correct operation: The user's operation is correct, which has a great influence on the length of the barcode printer's service life, such as temperature, pressure and other machine settings and applications.
2. Implemented maintenance: Whether to carry out general maintenance according to the use situation, and whether the maintenance action is correct (including the use of maintenance equipment and methods), and whether the regular professional maintenance adjustment is complete, the above points affect the service life of the bar code printer.
3. Environmental factors: Please turn off the power when the barcode printer is not in use. Keep the machine as low as possible. It is best to be separated by 5~10 minutes when switching the power supply. Try to place it in a clean environment.
