China has already developed and should support research and development in order to form industrial production before 2005;
b. Water-soluble packaging film production technology. Water-soluble PVA bags can be used for the packaging of water-soluble pesticides in one dose. They can be dissolved in water together with pesticides and pesticides. They can also be used in the packaging of hospital-acquired clothing and can be directly put into the washing box. Can also be used for the packaging of one dose of detergent;
c. Waste PET (PET) packaging recycling (chemical method). The annual output of polyester bottles in China is 5 billion, which will cause great pressure and impact on the environment after consumption. Recycling waste polyester packaging and reuse can save resources and reduce environmental pollution. The recovered diol esters, unsaturated polyester resins or polyurethanes are widely used engineering materials and packaging materials, with significant social and economic benefits. At present, there are many ways to recycle waste polyester, and the use of chemical recovery methods has broad prospects;
d. Development and application of waste plastic oil technology. The waste plastics oiling technology uses high-performance catalysts to depolymerize high-density polyethylene or polypropylene plastics after a certain pressure and temperature, and reconnects hydrocarbons in the plastic particles into long-chain hydrocarbon compounds, that is, liquids. oil. It can produce gasoline fuel that meets the national standards and its oil production rate can reach over 75%. If the necessary equipment is installed, liquefied gas and carbon black can also be recycled, which is more efficient. By changing the catalyst, it is also possible to produce chemical products such as toluene, xylene and pure benzene;
e. Waste plastics produce high-strength plastic-wood composite materials technology. This technology is based on a thermoplastic resin as a parent, adding wood cellulose (wheat stalk, rice straw, rice husk, etc.), and a variety of chemical additives, a new type of composite material produced by high temperature mixing. The molding method of this material includes molding, injection, vacuum molding, and the like. Its products have dual properties of wood and plastics, and are widely used;
f. Polystyrene foam recycling technology. Recycled transparent polystyrene replaces new materials that require low or tinted products. The technology has less investment in production equipment and is easy to form production capacity;
8. Coated fertilizers are produced from waste plastics. Using waste packaging plastics (including PE, PP, PVC, and PS) and filling blends (including a variety of urban and rural wastes such as activated carbon waste, crushed animal and plant waste, weathered coal, humic acid, etc.) to form a fertilizer capsule. The cost of coated fertilizer is only RMB 300/ton more than that of compound fertilizer. It is a project that changes “white pollution” to “green fertilizer” and can absorb a large amount of packaging waste plastic.

Actively develop the use of thin steel drums, use 0.8 to 1 mm thin steel plate to produce 200 liters of steel drums, disposable, easy to recycle.

2.2.3 Tasks and goals for technological development The task of green packaging industry science and technology development is very important. To increase investment in science and technology development, the government should provide support in terms of policies and funding. The listed development priorities should be planned. Before 2010, major breakthroughs and investment in industrial production will be required. The application of new green packaging products is an important part of technology development research.
