First, the type and scope of crystal glue

1, Crystal glue divided into two major categories of soft and rigid.

2, soft crystal glue:

It is a liquid type, two-component, soft, self-drying type crystal glue. It is colorless, transparent, and elastic. It gently scratches the surface to restore its original shape. Suitable for polyester, paper, plastic and other signs decoration.

3, hard crystal glue:

It is a liquid type. Two-component rigid crystal glue, colorless, transparent, suitable for metal signs at the same time can produce a variety of crystal buttons, crystal caps, crystal comb, crystal crafts and other high-end accessories.

Second, process conditions and methods of use

1, the preparation of soft crystal glue:

a, ready to use containers and clean dry signs.

b. The required A and B components of the crystal glue should be weighed 100:50. Heat the A group to about 40°C and then add it to the B group. Pour into the container, stir well, and eliminate bubbles (vacuum, vacuum pump) Model 2X-4. See schematics for details.)

d, gel curing: after coating the label, the gel time is about room temperature 25 °C 3 hours; curing time is about room temperature 36 hours. Or put the finished label in a thermostatic drying oven at 60°C and fully cure in 3 hours.

e. If the customer has special requirements, the gel curing time and the soft and hard glue after curing can be properly allocated according to customer requirements.

f. The amount of rubber dispensed can be controlled by the customer. The remaining glue should not exceed 1 hour.

2, hard thermosetting crystal gel configuration:

`a. Prepare for configuration as above.

b. After the required A and B components of the crystal glue are weighed 3:1, stir well and drop on the label.

c, gel solid: coated labels on the oven at about 80 °C warming for 60 minutes; or room temperature for about 10 hours to dry.

Third, storage and precautions

1, use and preservation should avoid direct sunlight and exposure to high temperatures to prevent jelly. Generally stored in cool dark place at 25 °C, especially in summer, it is best stored at low temperature.

2, Crystal glue storage period is generally 6 months, more than 6 months of good performance can still be used.

3, use the configuration of crystal glue encounter the remaining glue, do not return to the original unconfigured package, so as to avoid the role of causing jelly phenomenon.

4, the use of syringes, beakers and other containers, can use acetone. Alcohol cleaning.
