The main characteristic of AZ2202 is that it has very high stability, and it has good compatibility with surface impurities ink and solvent in paper containing calcium in water.

At the same time, the water film formed by the AZ2202 has a low surface tension and can obtain a thin and uniform water film on the printing plate, reducing the dampening solution used to maintain the balance of water and ink, and positively maintaining the stability of paper and the like.

In terms of composition, AZ2202 does not contain isopropanol and its derivatives. It contains bactericides and anti-foaming agents that do not corrode plate blankets, etc.

According to the hardness of water, AZ 2 2 2 has two types: AZ2202 type is mainly used for medium and high hardness water; AZ2202s type is used for low hardness water.

The recommended dilution of AZ2202 is 2%~4%. Users can determine the dilution according to the specific product needs and the actual condition of the machine wetting system.
