Top & Bottom box/2pcs paper box can be divided into 3 types . The first type is the general 2pcs box as follows . In general , height of lid is the 1/2 or 2/3 of the base , same height to lid is also acceptable for us . The second type the 2pcs box in V-groove deisgn (with sharp edge) , the third type is the 2pcs box with shoulder , it can be divided into 2 types as well , one is with visable gap , another is without any visibale gap .
Regarding Machine and maximum production capacity
We now have 1 automatic lid and base making machine and 1 half-automatic lid and base making machine to make these Top & Bottom box/2pcs paper box . For the time being , our maximum production capacity for the lid and base boxes are 500K per month .
