1. When the tape is folded in a vertical manner, the two tapes do not run smoothly on the triangle.

the reason:

1. The web is not positioned correctly in the axial direction;

2. The pressure of the paper pressing wheel on the paper belt driving roller is not uniform;

3, parsing roller set too loose;

4, the triangle plate and the belt drive roller equal level, skew.

deal with:

1. Set the axial position of the web correctly;

the reason:

1. The guide roller and folding roller are too tight;

2. The angle of the folding triangle is too small.

1. Re-set the gap between the guide roller and folding roller.

Fourth, slitting the edge of the paper or poor longitudinal slitting phenomenon

the reason:

2. The circular blade is not correctly set in the drive roller slot.

deal with:

1, replace the slitting paper blade (ie, round blade);

2. Set the position of the circular blade in the notch of the drive roller.

Fifth, cross-cutting position is wrong, there is no requirement for the header position or semi-finished products

the reason:

1. Adjustment roller (paper roller) is not adjusted;

Six, excessive tearing of the needle - book pin eye pull

the reason:

1, passivation, bending or breaking of the pin on the roller;

2. The control cam setting is incorrect;

3, folding folder roll set too loose;

4. The cam setting to control the movable tooth decay is incorrect;

5. The correct setting of a tooth corresponding to the parser.

1, repair or replace the roller pin;

2. Reset the cam position of the control needle;

3, re-set folding folder roll gap;

4, reset the position of the movable tooth decay cam;

5, re-set the relative position of folding knife and tooth decay.

the reason:

the reason:

1. The folding blade of a folding roller is not parallel to the centerline of the roller;

2. The folding knife edge of the two-fold roller and the center line of the roller center line;

3. The clamping force of the folding splint to the fold is inconsistent.

1. Adjust the position of the folding knife edge of a folding roller so that it is parallel to the centerline of the roller;

2. Adjust the position of the folding knife edge of the two-fold roller to make it equal to the centerline of the roller;

3, adjust the splint, so that the same clamping force.

Ten, eight, or thirty-two double folds

Cause: The position of the open or 32 open folding knife is incorrect.

Remedy: Adjust the position of the eight- or thirty-two open knife in the bowl groove.

Eleven, eight, or thirty-two open double folded paper

the reason:

1. The position of folding knife and splint is not correct;

2, folding knife and splint are not parallel;

3, knife is too low.

deal with:

1. Adjust the relative position of the folding knife and the splint;

Twelve, sixteen fold folding creases are not in the middle

Reason: The sixteenth opening knife is not in the middle of the eight opening quotation.

Remedy: Adjust front and rear racks or sixteen open knife racks to the correct position.
