1. Improper use of the microSD card. 2. When changing the version or changing the blanket, it violates the operating procedure. No measurement is made on the backing paper, only the number of sheets of the original backing paper is counted, and then the original number is replaced, and the result is often wrong without knowing it. Because: the original wrapping paper may have different basis weight, 80g/m2, 100g/m2, etc.; the lining paper may also be different in the ration; when changing the version may be printed on the back of the paper is ignored and ignored, so that If the paper being replaced is exactly the same, the printing pressure will be changed due to less paper loading, resulting in a failure of overprinting.
3. It is prone to error when measuring the distance between the rollers. 1 The automatic pressure is used. Although the front gauge detection is disconnected, the machine will still be isolated when the parking pressure is measured. Therefore, the measured data is probably the data of the semi-clutch state. ;2 When using a fuse, the fuse used is too hard or too large in diameter. Since the fuse does not rely on its hardness to achieve current safety, the hardness of the fuse may be different even though it is the same amp. 3 The calculated thickness of the blanket lining should be 0.5~1mm less than the actual lining. Depending on the circumstances of the printing, it may be increased or decreased as appropriate.
Any manual measurement cannot be very precise. However, in the actual measurement operation, the operator should try his best to operate the specification and reduce the artificial measurement error.
