By observing the people involved in the Controlology movement, we have given us a wonderful perspective and a chance to experience and understand ourselves, let us know what we have done wrong for ourselves.
Here are the mistakes we made:
1. We can't perceive ourselves. We can't know which parts of our body are wrong, and we can't stretch and tighten our muscles properly.

One of the most important observation organs in our body is our eyes. Most of us rely on the eyes to perceive, and the visual center of the brain is behind the glasses. But we seldom notice our "intrinsic features", which is not surprising! Humans are actually a very intuitive creature. But modern life makes us more intuitive. On most days, we read, sitting in front of the TV or in front of the computer. We are passionate about things that are intuitive and don't care about the body. We don't have to walk hard, so we don't always realize the problem of our legs and feet. We rarely go hungry, so we don't have the inner feelings of hunger. When our body is so bad that we can feel the pain, we will take a painkiller or remedy it by looking at internal medicine, surgery, and physiotherapy.
We are not good at perceiving ourselves! In fact, we rarely do this! What are the consequences of not paying attention to the body? Suppose our tightening shoulders and forearms tend to tilt the head and neck to the computer screen. The muscles remain in a contracted state to bring the focus deeper into the computer screen. At this point we didn't notice the muscle problem, but these muscles could not stand it. What is the result? Tension and headache! I feel pressured at work!
We can do better, but how do we do it?
Suppose we can always feel muscle stiffness and body contraction. We may not know how to make it good right away, but we can start testing different body positions and muscle tension types right away. Then we will get better and feel more comfortable.
How do we turn our attention from what we see to the inside of our bodies? Simple "attention" is useless. We must spend time and effort to learn this simple but important skill. Once we realize this and are willing to take the time to do it, we can succeed. Pilates training is a very good way.
Controlology's physical and mental training is a great training method.
The great thing about training is that by training we can perceive the interior of our body. Take a look at the Controlology course and you will find that everyone's eyes are always closed, because we are re-awakening the perception of the body without the need for both eyes. The coach helped us to focus on our body (this is a principle of Controlology training), working hard to be "accurate" (this is another principle of Pilates training). By listening to our breathing and “concentrating†(spirit), we can better improve our perception. The principles of these retained Pilates training make us more aware of the behavior of our bodies. As we gain more and more from the perceived body, we can enjoy the sport. Through day-to-day training, we can sense muscle tension and which part is comfortable and which part is uncomfortable. After being taught correctly, we can feel the discomfort of our body by applying what we have learned. Let us abandon the wrong posture habits and make the tense muscles elastic.

Comfort and discomfort
There are uncomfortable ways to accomplish these goals. You can work late, work long hours without paying attention to relaxation and stretching. Or do these goals comfortably. If your body is comfortable, you will be satisfied with the people around you, and you will easily complete your goals. If you relax your muscles, you are absolutely unlikely to have tension and anxiety (think about it, your experience will think it is right). What kind of person do you want to be? A person who achieves your wildness at the expense of his own body? Or is it a person who knows how to use his body, makes better use of his body, and always accomplishes his or her own reasonable goals?
