In order to eliminate the hidden dangers of equipment accidents in time, each equipment should be checked regularly. Check the content according to different equipment to develop different projects, one by one. Inspection can be divided into class inspections, weekly inspections, and half-year inspections according to actual needs. In particular, key parts must be inspected frequently to eliminate potential accidents and ensure safety.

(1) Check every shift. Each shift should take a detailed look at the handover record to understand the operation of the previous machine. Before starting the machine, it should be checked in detail, such as observing whether there are any debris on the machine or inside the machine, whether there are parts damaged, bad rolling, whether the air compressor has discharged water, how the pressure of the air pump is, and whether the fuel tank is short of oil. When driving, first drive the car after a few laps and then drive slowly, then gradually increase the speed and constant speed. When operating, pay attention to "listen," "touch," and "check." Listen to the sound of machine operation is normal, whether there is wailing, friction, impact sound; touch the temperature of the machine parts, such as the touch motor surface, roller bearing, etc., feel the temperature is normal; check the machine operation, such as current meter current is normal Whether the value of air pressure is up to the standard, whether the temperature of the plastic pot is up to standard, and whether the product is qualified or not. As soon as an abnormal phenomenon is found, it shall be immediately stopped to find the cause, eliminated in time, and report to the responsible person in time.

(2) Check weekly. The general printing factory should set aside half a day for detailed inspection of the equipment. Weekly inspections may include the following:

1) Check the working conditions of the paper feeder chain, sprockets, cardan shaft sections, and key pins, and lubricate the ball joint parts of universal joints.

2) Check the working conditions of the paper feeding belt, cloth roll, tensioner and pressure roller.

3) Check double sheet control, front gauge control, safety bar and paper stack upper limit element.

4) Check the degree of tightness of the motor's V-belt and adjust it. Replace it with serious wear.

5) Check the electromagnetic clutch and brake pads, test their braking performance, clean and refuel.

6) Check the tightness of the delivery chain, sprocket, tooth row, and paper feeder.

7) Check the wear of the swinger, transfer roller, impression cylinder gripper shaft, bearing, stacker gripper, and shaft end bearing. Adjust the pressure of the gripper and adjust the transfer relationship of the delivery teeth.

8) Check fasteners, such as the printing roller thrust bearing nut should be locked, the top screw should be tightened, the swinger cam connecting rod screw should be tightened, and check the bolts, keys, and pin elasticity of each series swing mechanism.

9) Check the condition of the water fountain roller, the ink fountain roller, the swing frame, the lock master, and the beating condition, and check and adjust the pulling spring tension.

10) Check whether the radial and axial movement registration device of the two-color printing plate cylinder is normal. Check whether the worm wheel fastening bolt, the worm nut and the bearing nut are loose, adjust and replace.

11) Electrical safety inspection, such as safety device sensitivity check, photoelectric eye, sensor work status check, electrical button, especially emergency lock button reaction speed check, indicator light, signal light, work light work status check.

12) Airway waterway inspection. Such as checking its pressure conditions, leaks, clean filter conditions.
