Novel corrugated paper production technology for honeycomb paperboard

With the development of a new type of packaging material, honeycomb paperboard, higher requirements have been put on the quality of corrugated paper used in honeycomb paperboard. We have developed a method that uses wheat straw pulp made of imammonium chloride as the main ingredient, adding the appropriate amount of auxiliary agents to prepare the original corrugated paper. The fracture index reaches 7.8mN·m2/g, the ring pressure index reaches l 6N·m/g (horizontal), and the fracture length reaches 6.0km or more.
