MGL ink has many advantages, and its printing stability and adaptability are very good. With different solvents, it can be widely used in various types of rotogravure printing machine from low speed (30m/min) to high speed (150m/min) for printing use. . Solvent dilution depends on the speed of printing and the required color density. The recommended ideal ink printing viscosity is:

Color ink: Flow rate 15-18 seconds, Zahn #3 measuring cup)

Note: 1. When using the slow-drying formula, it is necessary to clearly pay attention to the occurrence of odor and adhesion of residual solvents, especially for food packaging.
2. If ethyl acetate or toluene is used instead of methyl ethyl ketone due to cost issues.

4, the standard ink and solvent dilution ratio is about 40-80 range, if the ink color is too strong, you should use ink dilute agent MGL-300, and avoid adding excessive dilution solvent.

2. MGL-composite ink is specially designed for compound in-print packaging. The wear resistance is not ideal. It is not recommended for surface printing. If it is used for calendar printing, the pattern color can use color ink, and the white can use MGA polyamide type. White ink.
