Lianyungang New Oriental Container Terminal has a large number of exported tons of bagged slag every year to load container exports. Because the cargo has a small proportion and poor liquidity, conventional machinery cannot be used to fill containers. Most of the workload depends on manpower. During the dumping process, the dust in the mine was filled with dust. People couldn't see the people on the opposite side. Even in the hot summer, the workers had to wear thick masks, wear raincoats, and wield iron spades. The six people worked hard for more than five hours before they could hold one. The containers have low ergonomic efficiency and labor intensity. Workers inhale a lot of dust and seriously endanger their health. In order to completely solve the above problems and create quality brands for dismantling boxes, the company adheres to the concept of “people-oriented†and constructs a harmonious dock, and tries its best to provide dock operators with every possible means. To create a good working environment, at the beginning of 2006, the process of improving slag-loaded containers was listed as a key technology research project, and it was decided to invest heavily in the development of a special bulk cargo packing machine. After nearly one year of unremitting efforts by the relevant technical personnel of the company, the technological innovation project has finally achieved great success.
The machine is mainly composed of a base, a turnover frame, an upper platform, a lower strut, a upper strut, a crane structure, a support bag mechanism, a hydraulic pressure and a control system. The crane structure mainly includes a guide rail bracket, a lift cylinder, a pulley block, a steel wire rope and Hook. It is mainly used for loading and unloading of ordinary 20-foot containers. When in use, the container is first placed on a tilting frame, the container door is opened and bolted, the hydraulic system is operated, and the container together with the tilting frame is turned upside down by 45 degrees under the driving of the oil cylinder, and then the goods are transported to the bottom of the crane structure. , Rotate the lift knob counterclockwise, lift cylinder through the pulley block, wire rope and hook lifting goods and move to the top of the tank door according to a certain track; then rotate the lift knob clockwise, the goods are automatically lowered, the bottom of the bag is to be held After the bag mechanism is hung up, it starts flipping, dumping, and picking up the bag. The entire process is basically automated. After adopting this technology, the original manual cutting and dumping operations were eliminated. Workers did not need to enter the box to completely avoid the inhalation of a large amount of mineral dust that was harmful to the human body and effectively protected the health of the operators. In addition, because there is no need to cut the bag, the ton bag is basically not damaged, and it can be used repeatedly, and it can also save a lot of money for the owner.
The machine has a lifting capacity of 2.5 tons and can operate two tons of bags at a time. According to the calculation of about 2.5 minutes per working cycle, it takes about 40 minutes to load one box of cargo, which is 5 to 6 times more efficient than the original boxing, and only requires two people to operate, which reduces employment by more than 60%. Environmental protection, safety and quality have all been greatly improved and improved.
The machine mechanism is simple and reliable, and the construction cost is low. The crane structure adopts a unique single-cylinder free-overhead tilting system, which can complete both the landing and landing hooks and the trolley operation. The movement trajectory is accurate and the operation is very convenient.
