1) When purchasing UV inks for flexo printing, the type of substrate must first be clarified, and then flexo UV inks with different properties can be selected according to the substrate. For example, when printing PE film, you cannot use flexo UV ink for printing paper, otherwise the adhesion will be poor and it will cause waste.
(2) The UV ink should be stored in a ventilated and dark environment, the general storage temperature is 16 ~ 28 ℃. During the printing process, the light in the workshop, especially around the ink tank, should not be too strong to prevent the UV ink from thickening and curing.
(3) When UV curable ink, a mercury lamp warm up a few minutes after turning on the mercury in the lamp tube is completely vaporized, in order to achieve the complete spectral output, to avoid UV curable ink adhesion caused by poor print.
(4) Before the official printing, the machine should be idle for 5 to 10 minutes, so that the UV ink, the anilox roller, and the printing plate can be fully compatible, and the transfer performance of the UV ink can be improved.
