1, the principle of inspection
The ink was subjected to freezing and heating tests for a certain period of time to observe whether the ink was gelled or reversed.
2, tools and materials (1) can accommodate 20g ink tin.
(2) Automatically controlled incubator.
(3) Self-controlled freezer.
(4) Flowmeter.
(5) Ink transfer knife.
(6) Transparent scale (scale value 1mm).
3, inspection methods
(1) Store the tested ink in two iron boxes, each containing no less than 15g of ink. The ink in the box should be filled with air bubbles. Seal the cellophane with a mark and put the box in place. Into the 75-80 °C controlled thermostat and -15 ~ -20 °C freezer within 72h removed and stored at room temperature.
(2) The test inks stored at room temperature for more than 3 hours were measured according to the “ink flow test method†and compared with the inks not subjected to the heating and freezing tests.
(3) According to the difference between the fluidity of the tested ink and the performance of the ink, determine whether the tested ink is stable according to the following regulations.
1 The fluidity after the test was not so great as that before the test. The ink was stable.
2 After the test, the fluidity is much larger than before the original test, and the ink property is still good. This ink is unlikely to gel, but it is not stable enough.
3 After the test, the fluidity was smaller than before the test. The change of the ink property to “short†and “stand†was a tendency of gelation. Generally, the ink was only easy to gel.
4. Notes (1) The freezing test method is mainly used to determine whether it is anti-coarse.
(2) Heat test to determine if gelation is possible.
