Fujian Youxilin Chemical Production Plant is one of the key rosin production enterprises in Fujian Province. The annual production of rosin is about 5,000 tons. The raw materials of rosin are scattered and distributed to all rural forest areas in the county. The oil-removing labor in Youxi County is based on local farmers. Mainly, the professional labor is less, the acquisition is scattered, etc. In order to facilitate the fat farmers and the acquisition of transportation, the Yuxi Linhua Plant uses the turpentine barrels after the opening as the turpentine barrels and distributes them to the various acquisition stations. The annual bucket is about 40,000. In order to keep the turpentine barrels that are distributed to each site every year, it can be kept clean, rust-free, no damage, and has the identification number. The factory must carry out a thorough degreasing, rounding and trapping after the rosin barrels are all in the factory and the production is finished. , paint, spray words and other cleaning processes.

Since the rosin barrel is deformed by collision and tapping during transportation and handling, and the inner surface of the rosin barrel is covered with turpentine to form a hard layer of oxidized rosin, if it is not cleaned, not only the weight of the barrel is increased, but also the barrel logo is blurred. It is not convenient to issue and register management. What is more serious is that the oxidized rosin on the inner surface of the barrel will affect the quality level of turpentine in the new year. Therefore, a thorough cleaning process must be entered. Over the years, the plant has made bold explorations and improvements to the turpentine barrel cleaning process, and has blamed remarkable results. Some methods for improving the process are described below.

1 Traditional refurbished barrel technology

The traditional renovation process of Youxi Forest Chemical Plant has been in use for 30 years. The main processes are as follows:

Due to the environmental position limitation of the factory, the rosin barrel should be transported from the low to the high place before the process is scalded. After scalding, it will be rolled back to the low rosin canning site for round repair, and the heavy oil used for scalding will be put. After heating in the furnace, it is put into the hot bucket to be scalded. Every year, about 20 tons of heavy oil is lost, and more than 10 tons of body fat can not be recovered. Only alkali and paint will cost 70,000 yuan per year. Moreover, due to the scalding, the roads in the factory area are full of heavy oil, which leads to environmental pollution and serious unsafe hidden dangers. In short, the process has the disadvantages of high labor intensity, long time, high waste, and poor safety during operation.

2 Changed from traditional process to steam scalding process

It is scalded by boiler saturated steam, then cooked with hot alkaline water, and then washed with water. The process is as follows:

The rosin is recovered while steaming, and black rosin is prepared.

Design a steam cabinet and a turpentine barrel connected to the steam cabinet to enter and exit the sliding crane. The crane can hold 10 turpentine barrels. The bottom of the steaming cabinet is connected to the steam nozzle. The nozzle is facing upwards, and its layout position and inverted turpentine entering the cabinet. The barrels are exactly one-to-one correspondence. When the fat barrel is pushed into the steam cabinet, the cabinet door is closed and saturated steam is introduced. The grease on the barrel is naturally discharged after being heated, and is discharged from the bottom outlet. The rosin barrel is steamed with electric hoist after steaming. The alkaline washing tank is steamed, washed with alkali and then washed with water...

After the first improvement, not only many disadvantages caused by the traditional process are avoided, but also the operation is convenient, the labor intensity is reduced, the environmental pollution and the unsafe hidden danger caused by the flammability of heavy oil are eliminated, and the operation time can be saved by more than half, and at the same time It can save more than 10 tons of heavy oil every year and recover more than 10 tons of hot barrel rosin for refining black rosin. These two items can directly benefit nearly 400,000 yuan and achieve more significant comprehensive benefits.

3 Improvement of the post-process of steam hot barrel process

According to the rosin barrel after the saturated steam is burned, most of the rosin has been removed, and a hard rosin protective layer can be left on the inner surface of the barrel body, so as to avoid the quality of the rosin caused by the rust of the inner wall of the barrel, and achieve the intended purpose. The process is roughly as follows.

Truffle barrel → full circle → (saturated steam) steaming → repair → spray word

The rosin is recovered while steaming, and steam is used to scent.

By improving the downstream process of the process, in addition to the normal recovery of 10 tons of turpentine, due to the absence of alkali washing and painting, the annual consumption of alkali and paint raw materials can be more than 70,000 yuan, while avoiding the alkali water pollution, and achieving a more remarkable synthesis. benefit.

In short, the Youxilin Chemical Plant has continuously explored the process technology of retreading barrels and gradually improved it to make the whole process more advanced and reasonable. On this basis, an attempt was made to directly infiltrate the fresh turpentine into the turpentine recovered from the hot bucket and process it with steam smelting equipment. The rosin produced by the original process and the black rosin produced by the original process have a quality difference of more than 2,000 yuan per ton. More than 200,000 yuan will be created in the whole year.
