Step 1: Create a RGB image with a black background. Run Filter-Sketch-Chalk & Charcoal. Set the Charcoal Area to 6, the Chalk Area to 6, Stroke Pressure to 1, and repeat.

Step 2: Perform Filter-Stylize-Emboss, set the value in order of 128 degrees, 6 points, intensity 100%;

Step 3: Perform Filter-Fade-Filter, set the intensity to 50%;

Step 4: Run the menu Image-Adjust-Hue/Saturation, set Hue to 38, Saturation to 50, Lightness to 13, and check the Colorize item.
