The first step: remove the contact lens

If you have the habit of wearing contact lenses, you must know that it is easy for your eyes to turn red and dry. If you still have insufficient sleep, the consequences will be more serious. Therefore, it is best not to use contact lenses for your own private time. When you are at home, you can wear a pair of ordinary glasses, adjust it slightly, and then put on contact lenses when you go out.

Step 2: Give your eyes a quick moisturizer
