First, make a design

1. When the square, triangle, and waist-shaped caps are typed, they must be greater than 4mm outside the original, plus the position and distance between the target and the target. If the caps are arranged densely, knife cuts or die positions will be inaccurate.

2. It is important to understand the primary color of the cap before making the plate, because caps are currently marked with a very large number of color samples. If the cap label surface is gold, it is necessary to pay attention to whether there is white in the printed pattern, because the golden ink and the white ink cannot be overprinted, and must be overprinted on gold or white. It is best to design the overprint when making a plate, because overprinting The edition will increase the difficulty of printing.

3. Pay attention to the proportion of tension before and after printing, usually after the tension than the proportion of the front tension, usually after the tension is greater than the front tension of 10%. During the printing process, it is also necessary to take care to adjust the angle of the doctor blade, which is conducive to prolong the service life of the plate cylinder.

Second, embossing

Embossing often occurs with different lengths of embossing and different pattern depths, mainly due to the following points: Inconsistent embossing is usually due to poor printing and poor control of the front and back of the embossing machine. The light pattern is mainly due to the lanolin is not clean and the oil pressure is not well controlled. Dirty roller is caused by ink decoloration, which can be cleaned with alcohol and propanol. If the pattern is too shallow to cause the aluminum foil to crack after embossing, it can be replaced with paper for several times, and then the aluminum foil cap can be pressed. This will change the cap pattern back to the original shape.

Third, flattening

Flattening is the simplest process, but it must be careful not to press too thin when flattening. Generally, the thickness of the aluminum foil cap is controlled to 5.5-6cm.
